We only attend a property when all family members or decision-makers have been informed and approve the use of our services. This reduces stress and prevents miscommunication during what can be an emotional time.
Items to Be Kept
Before we arrive, we ask that all items you wish to KEEP are removed from the home. Small items must be taken out to avoid confusion. Larger furniture can remain with prior arrangement.
Working Exclusively On Site
Clearing a home can take several days or even weeks, depending on the amount of content.
For safety and efficiency, we prefer to work alone on-site.
If family members or tradespeople need access, this must be arranged before we begin.

We can remove most household items and furniture. However, if the property is being sold or rented, some large items (e.g., fridges, washing machines, wardrobes) may need to remain - your real estate agent can advise you. We’re happy to follow your instructions.

Large industrial machinery
Scrap metal by the tonne
Car bodies
Asbestos or hazardous materials
